How much cost an unique house design ?

Probably one of the most important question! Don't worry i'm not greedy. My job's not priceless.

As joke i would say depend of "the head of the customer" but it's more depend of size and style of house and land.

I only charge you for what i really have to do. More simple is to see 2 examples, to give you correct idea no?

My offers are always flat rate package! (fixed price). No bad surprise!

We started form 0 (blank page), took in consideration customer's budget, his desires and the crual reality of building prices, and the result is nice.

An inexpensive one story house with 3 bedrooms, a nice living room area. This house can always be enlarge later.

Floor plan with all dimensions; Exterior elevations; Perspective elevation; Sectionnal cross view;

Overall plan of house on land, need to say that i was lucky, land was flat;

Textured realistic floor plan; 3d realistic render of house.

Price range: from 450 to 650 €uros. Full package at agreed fixed price.

Medium European size, 2 story with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and mezzanine.

Customer wanted another style of house, wich wasn't possible according to his local building rules, so we made lot of changes.

You may have your floor plans and just wnat to receive 3d render, or to see optionnal roof styles, maybe want to try diffeerent exterior styles of your house. You choose only what you need.
